Treatment methods:

The data will be processed mainly with electronic and computer tools and stored both on computer media and on paper media and on any other type of suitable media, in compliance with the minimum security measures pursuant to the Technical Regulations regarding minimum security measures, Annex B of the Privacy Code.

Mandatory nature:

Name, surname, email address, tax code, address, postcode, city, telephone number, company name and VAT number (if company or freelancer) are mandatory data.

Consequences of refusing data:

In case of failure to enter one or more mandatory data, the interested party will not be able to enjoy the requested service.

Subjects to whom personal data may be communicated:

The personal data relating to the processing in question may also be communicated to subjects who are recognised as having the right to access your personal data by law or secondary and/or community regulations.

Rights of the interested party:

In relation to the processing of personal data, the interested party has the right, pursuant to art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Privacy Code:

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form..

    2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    3. certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
  4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    1. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
    2. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or indirect sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Operational Aspects:

Egadi Tour considers and defines "visitor" as the computer, or network device, through which a web surfer makes a request for a page of Egadi Tour through his/her browser, through all available domains.
Egadi Tour does not use or make available tools that allow the personal identification of individuals and therefore does not associate visitors with people.
